Several ideas -
- Try masturbating some afternoon while alone to see if you can bring yourself off. A glass of wine, a bodice-ripper book, candles, etc. can all help.
- Masters and Johnson documented that women reach a 'plateau' where more fondling does no good. Taking a break for 5-10 minutes then starting again.
I agree that maybe oral could work. If not, try using a vibrator.
